Registration

Let’s start with registration. We have two options available to you, pre registration, which is for those who want to make the most of their ticket and experience at UnGagged; held on the 22nd of June, from 2:00pm to 5:45pm. You will be welcomed by UnGagged staff at the registration desk, located in the reception area of the Grange City 5 star hotel. You will receive your UnGagged exclusive pass and lanyard, along with our speciality conference bags and customised t-shirts, and we won’t forget the best of it all; your drink tickets for the conference to be used at your leisure! You will also be introduced to our UnGagged app, where you can see who checks in, view the upcoming schedule, and keep updated on all the information to do with the next 2 days.

In the late afternoon of pre-registration, be sure to experience our introductory networking event, held from 2:00pm until 9:00pm. This is a golden opportunity to meet your fellow delegates and begin forming contacts. It is an event that has always kicked off the start to a great UnGagged conference!

Normal registration will begin from 7:00am until 8:45am on the first day of the conference, the 23rd of June. You will go through the same processes as mentioned above; receive your UnGagged badge and lanyard, conference bag, t-shirt, and your drink tickets. These tickets are valid for you to use at our networking events, or the bars situated in our reserved conference rooms, for the 2 days of the conference.

You can find the registration desk upstairs on Floor 1, our mascot, Bill, will point you in the right direction. (Just look out for someone dressed in a union Jack bowler hat).

A Day at an UnGagged event

For 2 days, you will have access to unlimited networking opportunities, and an abundance of knowledge, skills and potential contacts all awaiting your presence. You’ll have entry into any of the speaker sessions and workshops, all held in rooms that accommodate approximately 400 people. Look forward to sessions on the future of search, actionable methods for you to implement to improve your marketing strategy, SEO optimisation, automation, and much, much more! There will be space available in our reserved rooms for you to continue taking care of your business when you have a free moment, whilst also enabling you the opportunity to roam around and check out the sponsors and exhibitors booths. Throughout the two days, there will be delicious food available in our reserved networking rooms, all of which include a morning coffee, lunch, and an afternoon break; as well as our opening networking event happening the evening of the 23rd of June.

The conference will be held in the Grange City, a five star hotel, positioning you right in the middle of the thriving atmosphere of London.

Throughout the 2 days, you will have access to our world class speaker sessions, workshops and an abundance of networking opportunities. There will be no more than 3 sessions at the one time, in different rooms, where you will be able to freely ask questions and interact with the speakers and fellow attendees during, and after the session.

Networking events

Now for the fun part, our networking events! UnGagged prides itself on creating an intimate, friendly and fun atmosphere of like-minded people who are willing to share and learn from one another. We have three networking events, the pre-registration drinks on the 22nd, and the two events after the conference days, are on the 23rd and the 24th.

As mentioned above, during pre-registration, be sure to grab a drink at our networking event in the Grange City Hotel. You will have the opportunity to meet with your fellow delegates, and start forming contacts and making a name for yourself and your company, amongst the UnGagged attendees and speakers. This event will be held from 2:00pm until 9:00pm.

On the first day of the conference (Thursday the 23rd of June), we’re holding an opening networking event, where UnGagged offers you the prime opportunity to network with leaders in the SEO and digital marketing industry. Drinks and delicious food will be served in the 5 star setting of the Grange City Hotel, where you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with our exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees. This event will be running from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.

On the second and last day of the conference, (Friday the 24th of June), join in the party with our UnGagged Finale drinks! This event will be held in the Grange City’s Piazza courtyard, overlooking an ancient Roman wall. Forget the small bowl of peanuts and a warm beer you’ve become used to and instead, enjoy the warm summer atmosphere London has to offer with cold drinks circling the courtyard and a buffet offering you dinner; all whilst you party into the night with your newly made contacts and friends. The celebrations start at 5:00pm and finishes at around 9:00pm.
