We’ve all seen statistics like this.
They sound impressive, but do they hold up to any scrutiny? And even if people are talking to their devices more, so what? Is it a genuinely new commercial opportunity?
In this session, I will discuss findings from new consumer reports I have authored and use these points to highlight the limitations of voice-based interactions in delivering what consumers really want.
Perhaps ‘voice search’ isn’t ambitious enough.
I would argue it is just the beginning of a broader move towards ‘sensory search’. As a result, I will demonstrate in this presentation the strategies marketers should employ today to gain a real competitive – and commercial – advantage.
