I will start talking about my experience on different multinational companies such as Yellow Pages, another world’s top 50 most visited websites and currently on Shopify. Also show how my studies background (a Master Degree on International Commerce) help me to have a better understanding of the current international marketing strategies.

I also think it is important to talk about how big companies want to implement an internationalization process to increase the marketshare. And what happened when you are number 1 on your market what you can do to continue to growth. Sometimes these companies have an important part of the market, and it is easier to diversify than continue to invest in the same market. The importance of evaluating the competitors in order to decide where to invest the efforts.

I will show the main points to take care when making this decision and think about our international strategy and resources to get the work done. Show why after years of research and working in SEO I consider very helpful to use this technique to create sites and get traffic.

For the first part of the presentation:

My objective here is to show a real case of a site creation in just a few steps. I will give some other tips, not only the process, to let people think about all possibilities of this technique. Showing the importance of the international market, and specially, how the Spanish speaking community grew in US and Latin America to more than 400 million. From SEO point of view, we will find less competition on these countries that will help to our sites to rank.
