Valuation Case Study 2: Everything Has Value

Stop buying links and start buying websites! In this session, Flippa’s Director of Websites Marketplace, Joseph Carroll, will cover the basics of buying websites for SEO. This will include real case studies, analysis, and practical strategies and tactics to help you successfully buy websites to improve your search engine rankings and generate passive income.

Valuation Case Study 3: Strategic Buyers vs Financial Buyers

While most websites sell to financial buyers for between 1x to 3x annual net profit, a select few are able to escape this range and sell to strategic buyers for many times the standard multiple. In this case study, we’ll examine the difference between financial buyers and strategic buyers, and what makes the needle move most in valuations.
