Since Matt Cutts left his role as Google’s spokesperson to the webmaster and SEO communities Google has become increasingly opaque in their communications. More and more Google has taken to obscuring how the algorithms work and when changes have happened. This has led to a lot of conjecture, misinformation, and myth often originating from Google themselves. The goal of this session is to break that Black Box and help you figure out what’s true and what’s not in a time of disinformation.
