Founded Hotchilly Marketing in 2002 and has helped over 30 businesses target and retain customers, including Alton Towers, Allianz, Nectar Loyalty, Paul Smith, Streetcar (now Zipcar), Vision Express and Which?
Martin devised the long running IDM Retention course and is a Course Tutor of the IDM Diploma “Martin is funny, perceptive, honest and smart.
